Luiz Toledo de Sá Born's in Aracitaba, county ou Santos Dumont, Minas Gerais State, Brazil. He's agriculture's san, the 8th of 13 childrens. At the war of 1945, when he was four years old it was handed in the care of others, due to the difficulty of survival of his parents with other brothers, being sacrificed by bronchitis and rickets and only managing to give the first steps to five years of age. To the 18 it was selected for the Military Service, when for the first time, it put on a rude shoe of the army. When since it resulted it had injuries opened in the feet what inflamed and with high fever in consequence, it took to the nosocomial admission. After the fulfilment of the Military Service returned for the tilling, for weeds of the call - in that time - ' January of the coffee ', clearing pasture for the neighbor, getting so the money of the passage for Volta Redonda, County of the Rio de Janeiro State, where there a sister and a brother were already residing. To take photo for the documents it asked financial help in the street for inhibition of asking for it the brothers.

In February of 1962 it joined the Preparatory Course for the ETPC (Technical School " Pandiá Calógeras "), of the CSN and the next year, in CIA (Course of Industrial Apprenticeship) sequenced with the ISS (Industrial Secondary school) that was substituting the 1st degree. In parallel there did the Course of Basic Electricity, of the SENAI, in convention with the CSN supported by Edina which was primary teaches and with the one who was married and of whose relationship it produced 4 children (2 couples, all with degree courses in public universities in differentiated areas). It attended the 2nd Degree in state college and did the Course of Biology having been of the 1st group of the FERP/VR of what, it took it to teaching in the ETPC from 1963 due to participation of a contest forcing it leaving the area of electricity because of an amnesia resulted from a running over of motorbike that stopped it medical license for 2 years.
During these Courses it made many people different of improvement sponsored by the CSN and since active catholic participated of several co-ordinations in pastoral when part is making, even, of the Episcopal Advice and like active member of the direction of the SSVP (Society São Vicente de Paula). After pensioner it established and directed newspaper commentaries ONGs, like distinction the RECICLAR/VR (Association of the catchers of Solid Residues of Volta Redonda) and VGMS (Vocal Group "Melos Shalom" at present with 23 years of functioning, supporting Edina like regent). It participated of several municipal advices like director of Pastoral-rough Interest of the ACIAP/VR (Commercial Industrial Association Pastoral-rough of Volta Redonda).

Há cinco anos criou o sistema de tratamento do esgoto doméstico de sua casa, circulando toda a água resultante do consumo até mesmo para descargas sanitárias. Criou e construiu uma casa de 400 m² quase totalmente com material reciclado.
He is a creator of the PROJECT ZERO GARBAGE since he got married, in 1966, taking his wife as a collaborator. There are five years it created the system of treatment of the domestic drain of his house, circulating all the resultant water of the consumption even for sanitary unloadings.
